AM - Speed Workout

NOTE EARLIER START TIME AND UPDATED LOCATION: Meet at the Boat House (bottom of Cat Hill).

As we enter the final month of marathon training, the workouts will become longer. Subsequently, we will start a few of the workouts over the next few weeks at 6:00AM so that we can get our workouts done in time for work.
